Though the soul may fracture,
And the heart may shatter,
The Spirit remains,
Whole and pure,
Without question.
It holds the reflection,
Of what has always lived in you,
Sincere and honest,
Loving and true,
A sparkling magnificence so rare,
Indefinable and untouched,
By foibles and fripperies,
Or judgements and condemnations,
It is unreachable and undetectable,
Save by the loyal, enduring Presence,
That lives within,
And eternally.
